University of Houston-Clear Lake's Management Department offers Bachelor of Science
(BS), Master of Science (MS), and Certificate options to students wishing to pursue
careers in environmental management, human resource management, general management,
and legal studies. The department objective is to prepare students for management
positions in a variety of public and private sectors.
UHCL's College of Business is accredited by AACSB International-The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business, the highest standard of achievement for business schools worldwide. Less than ten
percent of all business schools hold this accreditation. Our specialization in Human
Resource Management has been recently certified under the national organization, the
Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM).

in 1974, our Environmental Management program has become one of the most respected

programs and the only accredited online graduate program of its kind in the region.
