Parking Permit Refunds
- STUDENTS
- Refunds of parking permit fees are available only to those students who officially withdraw from classes at the university. Refund policies in effect at the time of withdrawal from classes will determine the amount of the parking fee to be refunded.
- Refunds of annual parking permit fees will not be granted after the 12th class day of the fall semester.
- Refunds of semester parking permit fees will not be granted after the census date of the semester for which the permit was issued.
- Parking fee refunds will be processed by the University Cashier's Office only at the time of withdrawal. In order to obtain a refund of parking fees, the parking permit must be returned before the parking fee refund can be processed. If the parking fee has been paid and the permit has not been issued, the student's copy of the schedule fee statement must be returned to the Cashier's Office.
- Students should contact the University Police Department for assistance in resolving any exceptional circumstances.
- FACULTY/STAFF - Due to the elimination of the installment payment plan, a refund policy has been established. Please check the My Parking section, and Parking Notifications on the Police Main Page. Contact the University Police for details @ 281-283-2222.
