Employees-Helping-Employees

From time to time, we have employees who experience a one-time situation that drastically impacts them financially, emotionally and materially. Our campus family often wants to respond to these employees but there has not been an avenue in place to allow this to happen. The Office of Human Resources is pleased to announce a new program called Employees Helping Employees. This program has been created to assist these employees in a caring, confidential and consistent manner. This program will be guided by Nancy Weise, Assitant Director, Human Resources. A committee of employees will review the circumstances of each case and make a determination as to the best means of support for the particular situation. That support may be from internal or community based services.
