What Should You Know Before You Come?
- Be sure to check with a physician before starting Yoga.
- Wear loose fitting clothing. No belts, hosiery or socks during the class. You may wear either long pants or shorts. Whatever you are most comfortable in!
- A mat is not required but helps your balance and strength poses. Otherwise, bring a large towel to place on the ground.
- Bring socks and a light cover for the meditation portion of the class. Bring an old tie or the length of material that can be used for stretching.
- If you are the first timer, please download the Release Form on your left; fill it out; and give it to the instructor.
