Transfer Student Scholarship

• For the undergraduate student who will attend UHCL for the first time and is eligible for in-state tuition at UHCL

Dollars for Scholars

• For the graduate student who will attend UHCL for the first time
• For the undergraduate student who is not eligible for in-state tuition at UHCL
• Students eligible for a Transfer Student Scholarship are not considered for a Dollars for Scholars Scholarship.

Celebrating Our Elders

• For the high school senior or graduate and community college student who will attend a Houston-area community college or university and has a particular African-American or Hispanic elder who been supportive or inspirational
• Administered by IISS (International and Intercultural Student Services)

While you do not have to be accepted in UHCL, or in a Houston-area college for COE applicants, to begin the scholarship process, you must be accepted and enrolled to access a scholarship awarded to you.
