How to Find Your E-Services User ID and Password

Forgot Your User ID?

Your user ID is your seven-digit student ID. If you do not know your user ID, call the Student Assistance Center at 281-283-2722.

Forgot your Password?

If you do not remember your password:

• Navigate to the E-Services page.
• Click "Request a new password?"
• Enter your User ID.
• We will email you your password. 
• If your e-mail address is not set up, e-mail PSMail@uhcl.edu.
• If you do not remember your user ID/student ID, call the Student Assistance Center at 281-283-2722.
