| 1. On the left side navigation, under Learner Services, click on the Faculty Center link. |

| 2. Click on Grade Roster Icon next to the class that you would like to enter grades. |

| 3. The roster will appear with the list of students who are enrolled. |
 |
4. To create your CSV. file, ID and Grades are required fields; no header row is needed.
5. Click on File, then Save As.
Use Save As to save the file into CVS (Comman delimited) file. Then, click on Save. |

6. Click on at the bottom of Grade Roster to upload the CSV. file.
A File Attachment pop-up will appear.

7. Browse for Your CSV. file. Then, click on . |

8. Grades will automatically populate into the Roster Grade field. A message will be displayed.
9. Once you are done with uploading and verifying grades, click on .

| 10. If you want to verify that grades have been assigned to all students, you can select the Display Unassigned Roster Grade Only and the system will display the students who have not been assigned a grade. |

| 11. Once the Grade Rosters have been processed and posted by the Records office, the Approval Status will be updated to Posted. |
 |
| 12. You can print a copy of your Grade Roster by clicking on the Printer Friendly Version link. |

| 13. Click on My Schedule to return to you list of classes, you can click on the change class button. |
