Graduation Information

Students who plan to graduate must officially apply for graduation online through E-Services at http://www.uhcl.edu/records/eservices.

The Summer Online Graduation Application will be available June 4 - July 2. The Fall Online Graduation Application will be available August 24 - September 25.

The deadline to apply for Summer 2009 graduation is July 2.

The deadline to apply for Fall 2009 graduation is September 25.

Graduation applications may be accepted by the Office of Academic Records for a brief time after the deadline. An additional $20 will be charged.

Students who apply for graduation and plan to continue taking classes for credit at the university will need to submit an admission application to be eligible for enrollment in future semesters.
