Look up a Vendor
- Navigation: Vendors – Vendor Setup/Maintenance – Vendor Information
- Make sure the SetID is 00797.
- Enter the search criteria you know. Use Name 1 field for partial vendor names.
- Click Search.

5. If the search criteria uniquely identified the vendor, the vendor record will be displayed. If the search criteria apply to multiple vendors, a list of vendors meeting the search criteria will be displayed. Click a link on the search results list to open the vendor record.

Note: View the Open for Ordering checkbox on the Vendor Information page.

6. Select the Address tab to view address information.
7. Click the Telephone link to view phone and fax numbers.
