Instructions for using our GPA Calculator

To calculate your GPA for a specific Semester:

In row #1 enter course name, number of credit hours (1,2,3,4…), and select grade earned from drop down menu. Continue entering courses, hours, and grades for that semester on subsequent rows. When finished, click the "Calculate your GPA" tab.

To calculate your cumulative GPA:

In row #1 enter the number of courses taken with grade of A, total number of credit hours for these courses, and select an A from the drop down menu under grade.

Example: 8 courses earned a grade of A; 7 were worth 3 credit hours and one was worth 4 credit hours for a total of 25 credit hours; choose a grade of A.

Continue by entering all gades of A- on row #2, all grades of B+ on row #3; all grades of B on row #4 and so on. When finished, click the “Calculate your GPA” tab.
