Our management program emphasizes skills in project management, planning and scheduling, quality control, and planning and managing operations designed to produce either goods or services. Management students also have the opportunity to choose a specialization within the context of Leadership, Human Resource Management, or Environmental Management.

Our School of Business is accredited by AACSB International-The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business, the highest standard of achievement for business schools worldwide. Less than ten percent of all business schools hold this accreditation. Our specialization in Human Resource Management has been recently certified under the national organization, the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM).

Join the Management Association Student Chapter and benefit from speaker events and activities that promote networking between students and management professionals. As a member, you have the opportunity to develop and strengthen leadership and management skills by participating in the operations of the organization. In addition, our internship and co-op programs are great opportunities to create connections and get real-world experience before you graduate. What Can You Do with a Degree in Management?

Management careers abound in every sector of industry, as well as in government and non-profit organizations. One-third of management students want to eventually own their own business. Entry-level positions for recent graduates are available in retail, hospitality, banking, insurance, health care, technology, entertainment and all levels of government.

Our management faculty are the best in their fields, bringing real-world business experience to their students. No management classes are taught by graduate assistants.
