Welcome to the Center for Advanced Management Programs website. CAMP was established in 1977 as the outreach arm of the School of Business, University of Houston-Clear Lake, serving as the link between the university and business, NASA/JSC, and the contractor community.

Since its conception over 25 years ago, CAMP has become one of the leaders in university-level continuing professional education, offering a wide range of programs. CAMP sponsors, develops and implements numerous seminars, workshops, prep courses and certificate programs leading to Certificate in Purchasing/Supply Chain Management, Federal Acquisition and Contracting, and a Master's Certificate in Project Management. In addition to these programs, CAMP provides customized training programs tailored to the specific needs of companies, government agencies and contractors. In the spirit of the university’s view that its mission does not end on graduation day, CAMP provides high quality, state-of-the-art continuing education, both in its public programs and on-site training. From administrative assistants to chief executive officers, from accounting to contract administrators, CAMP is committed to keeping business, government and industrial personnel abreast of fast moving developments, updated in current methods, and renewed in the basic knowledge essential to professional success – all in the most convenient, cost-effective form possible.
