CareerLink Registration Agreement

Please read this agreement fully and carefully and initial by each statement below before activating your CareerLink account. By creating an account, you are agreeing to maintain your information and resume in the CareerLink database and adhere to the following policies:

Waiver/Ethics Statement/Information Release

By entering my information and uploading my resume(s) in the CareerLink database, I agree to use the CareerLink database to submit my own personal application materials to employers at my discretion.

The information contained in my CareerLink profile and the resume(s) I upload into the database presents, to the best of my knowledge, accurate and truthful information about me. If I choose, I may make my resume available for employer searches by making it viewable in the “Additional Information” section of my CareerLink profile. Making your CareerLink profile viewable to employers also gives the UHCL Office of Career Services permission to provide any published resume(s) to an employer who meets the UHCL Employer Policies.

While employers using CareerLink must agree to abide by the UHCL Employer Policies, I understand that the UHCL Office of Career Services has no responsibility for or control over employers who may distribute my resume or information therein without my consent to parties outside the score of this release.

CareerLink Account Maintenance

I understand that in order to complete my registration I must complete my CareerLink profile in its entirety. Further, I will update the contents of my CareerLink account as necessary to indicate my interest in remaining registered in CareerLink and to maintain accuracy of all information contained in my account.

Your submission of this form and registration is considered your consent to agree to the CareerLink policies and procedures outlined above. There is no guarantee you will be selected for an interview or offered a position with an employer.
