Student Assistance Center
Vision and Mission
The Student Assistance Center (SAC) is a new collaborative initiative at UHCL. This “one stop shop” is primarily designed to improve service delivery to the diverse student population at our mostly commuter campus. Serving under the direction of the Dean of Students, the planning committee includes representatives from the offices of Enrollment Services, Financial Aid, Cashier, Distance Education, University Computing & Technology, and Student Life. As the chair of this committee, the Dean reports to the Associate Vice Presidents of Finance, Student Services, and Academic Affairs.
The Student Assistance Center is scheduled to open in Fall 2004, and will be located on the ground floor of the new Student Services Classroom Building.
