If you are a parent, please note the Dean of Students office may be prohibited from discussing with you certain academic and behavioral issues regarding your student without their written permission (reference Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act). Despite this limitation, the Dean of Students is here to help your student and serves as an advocate and primary point of contact when either you or your student has questions or concerns.

When your form is submitted successfully, you will see a Thank You page. If you do not, then your form was not sent. You can expect to hear from the Dean of Students within 2 business days. Please contact us if you have not heard from us by then.
