Collaborative members gathered Tuesday evening for a lecture on wildlife adaptations and habitats by Nancy Leary, outreach director for Jesse H. Jones Park. The stars of the evening were four Harris County snakes. Collaborative members were able to get up close and personal with a diamondback water snake, copperhead, cottonmouth, and rat snake.
