Certification Request

Please complete this form if you are currently a UHCL Student receiving VA Education Benefits and would like to be re-certified for the next semester.

When your request has been completed, UHCL's VA counselor will send an e-mail to your student e-mail account confirming your certification for the semester. 

Note: Only courses specifically listed on your Candidate Plan of Study (CPS) are certified.

Please print a copy of your form for your records.

When you submit your form, your data is sent securely.
If your form has been submitted successfully, you will see a Thank you message.

You can expect to hear from UHCL's Student Financial Aid or VA Counselor within 5-7 business days.
Please contact us if you have not received an email.

State law requires that you be informed of the following: (1) with few exceptions, you are entitled on request to be informed about the information the University collects about you by use of this form; (2) under sections 552.021 and 552.023 of the Government Code, you are entitled to receive and review the information; and (3) under section 559.004 of the Government Code, you are entitled to have the University correct information about you that is incorrect.
