The Graduate Focus Scholarship is a $1,000 merit-based scholarship for new resident, non-resident, and international students for fall 2012. Students must be admitted into select graduate degree programs. The scholarship is non-renewable and does not include a waiver of non-resident tuition.
Eligibility Requirements:
Must have a 3.0 GPA or higher
Must be a new student enrolling for the first time in fall 2012
Must be admitted in one of the following graduate degree programs:
Accounting
Finance
Management Information Systems
Master of Business Administration
Digital Media Studies
Chemistry
Computer Science
Environmental Science
Must not be receiving Dollars for Scholars Scholarship
Terms and Conditions of Scholarship:
Student must enroll in 9 hours each semester.
The award will be split between the fall 2012 and spring 2013 terms for $500 each semester.
The scholarship is not renewable.
The student will not be entitled to a waiver of non-resident tuition.
Students receiving Dollars for Scholars Scholarship will forfeit the Graduate Focus Scholarship. These two scholarships can not be stacked.
