Description of Job Manages the front desk by providing optimal customer service, finding solutions to issues that arise, ensuring customer satisfaction, and ensuring students and visitors waiting to see staff, are assisted in a timely manner. Must stay informed of and provide appropriate information to inquiries from students, faculty, staff and visitors concerning university and office policies and procedures, admissions requirements and deadlines and must stay abreast of current and new programs. Schedules appointments for students to see Enrollment Management Counselors. Answers phone calls and provides answers to those questions that they can assist with. |
Qualifications or Preferences Two years clerical experience, 1 year experience customer service. |
