Landscape Maintenance

This department provides routine maintenance of the exterior campus infrastructure including daily landscape maintenance and irrigation, litter removal, and animal, weed, and insect control. Seasonal duties include power washing of sidewalks and buildings, storm damage cleanup, parking lot and roadway asphalt patching, event set-up, and clean-up activities.

Various emergency repairs are performed on an as needed basis for tree removal, major exterior water line breakage, and pest control services.

Service requests for interior pest control service as well as any other landscape maintenance related services are done by entering a Work Request.
