Human Resources> Employee Handbooks

Dear New Employee:

Welcome to the University of Houston-Clear Lake!  You have joined a spirited group of faculty and staff who are dedicated to the highest standards of excellence in teaching, research, and public service.  The cooperation of all employees is required to maintain our status as a first class institution of higher education.

The following Employee Handbooks have been designed to acquaint new employees with UHCL and to provide general information about benefits, facilities, services, procedures, and policies.  You will find more comprehensive policy information on file in most administrative offices and at the reference desk of the Neumann Library.

Every effort has been made to ensure that the enclosed material is current, but this information is subject to changes that cannot always be anticipated or immediately incorporated into the Handbooks. Therefore, if you have a question about the timeliness of an item, please contact the Office of Human Resources at extension 2160.

Here's hoping that your employment at UHCL will be a productive and rewarding experience.

Sincerely,

Katherine L. Justice, Executive Director
