What can you do with a degree in humanities?

Plenty. To earn this degree, you will invest time and effort in pursuing studies of interest to you. You have many choices in your degree plan, and thus in your career options.

By selecting courses that reflect your personal interests and build on your individual strengths, you will have begun the steps along a lifelong path with opportunities that will seem tailor made for you. Future employers will value your well-developed critical thinking skills, your creativity, your ability to communicate verbally and in writing, and your demonstrated ability to streamline your studies with your focused goals.

We offer bachelor’s and master’s degrees in humanities.

For undergraduate students, we also offer a specialized pre-law track, a broad-based curriculum grounded in an understanding of society and government.

For graduate students, we offer two tracks for study: Texts and Images. Graduate students may choose from three areas of concentration: American Studies, Professional Writing/Applied Graphic Design, or Women's Studies.

For those who seek a career in education, we offer a viable route to your dreams through alternative certification opportunities.
