Due dates for applications for entry into the graduate non-clinical internship program are posted on the first page. Early applications are accepted.
You must attend a mandatory orientation session in the semester prior to beginning an internship.
Not all students are suited for doing internships and faculty have the professional obligation to screen prospective interns.
A completed application packet includes:
- Completed application for internship
- Copy of Candidate Plan of Study (CPS)
- Recent curriculum vitae (see attached sample CV)
- Recent transcript
- A letter of recommendation from one UHCL professor (form is on the right)
- An essay of your professional goals, 2 double spaced pages in length explaining your interest in an internship. Please see question below.
ESSAY QUESTION:
