Parking information for all visitors wanting to utilize the Fitness Zone.
 
Parking:
Visitors may park in two places (see map at left):
Metered spaces in U-shaped drive at front of Bayou building.
  • $0.05 for 6 minutes
  • $0.10 for 12 minutes
  • $0.25 for 30 minutes maximum
  • Parking meters will accept coins
Lot R, across the street from front of Bayou building
  • $5.00 for entire day (10 hours maximum).
  • Machine will accept $5 and $1 bills, quarters, and tokens
  • If available, you can get a token from the department or school that invited you here
  • Otherwise, you can stop by the Police Department to purchase a $5 token with cash or check before you go back out to your car
In the event Lot R is full
--park in any unreserved space in Lot D (Student Parking) behind the Bayou Building
--you must go immediately to the University Police in Bayou Bldg., Room 1636 to tell where you have parked
