Neumann Library's borrowing privileges are provided to those who can present:

  •  a valid UHCL or other UH System ID card
  • a TexShare card
  • a HARLIC (Houston Area Research Libraries Consortium) card
  • a NASA/JSC badge from registered users.

Fee-paid borrower's cards

  • are available through our Friends of the Neumann Library Program
  • information on fee-paid cards is available at the Circulation Desk (281-283-3900)
  • some restrictions apply. In all cases, library cards are not transferable and may only be used by the cardholder.

 may borrow circulating books listed in the UH Library Catalog, even if the books belong to other UH campuses.
