Neumann Library's borrowing privileges are provided to those who can present:

• a valid UHCL ID card, or an ID card from UH, UHD, UH Law, or UHV
• a TexShare card
• a HARLiC (Houston Area Research Libraries Consortium) card
• a NASA/JSC badge from registered users.

 may borrow circulating books listed in the UH Library Catalog, even if the books belong to other UH campuses.

• visit these libraries to check out books using your UHCL ID card

Please note: Overdue or recall notices are sent to your campus email address (UHCL students, faculty, and staff) or to the email account in your library patron record (JSC, community borrowers). Materials must be returned or renewed on time whether or not notices are received. Notify us if your email or mailing address chages.
