To view the Penn State media catalog and select your film/video, see: Penn State Media and Technology Support Services All items are booked to arrive on the first scheduled use date and must be returned to the Neumann Library on the last scheduled use date for shipment back to Penn State on that day. Rental charges are for bookings of 1-3 days. Cancellation requests must be received at least 3 weeks prior to the scheduled use date. For items returned late, there is an additional minimum $10.00 overdue charge. Faculty are responsible for any late charges. Book your requests as early as possible in order to receive your preferred dates. You may book as far in advance as you wish. Requests must be received by the Neumann Library at least 3 weeks before the first use date.
