Anyone with a NASA/JSC badge may use UHCL's Neumann Library - JSC retirees, federal employees assigned to JSC, and all badged JSC contract personnel.  Register for Neumann Library services by printing out and completing the appropriate registration form, and presenting it with your JSC badge either at the UHCL Neumann Library Circulation Desk, or at the STI Center in Building 45 onsite at JSC.  JSC civil servants and contractors with onsite access can fill out the form electronically by using the Civil Servant / Contractor link.
