A librarian is on duty at the Reference Desk most hours that the library is open to
- assist users with all types of information requests
- answer questions on the library's resources and how to use them

In-library users take precedence, but brief questions may be submitted
- by phone (281-283-3910) (if we're busy, please leave a voicemail message; we'll call back as soon as possible, usually within thirty minutes).
- using IM (Instant Messaging) on the Ask A Librarian webpage
- via our website, using the Ask a Reference Question form. (normally answered within 24 hours, Monday through Friday).

Neumann Library also offers individual research consultations to students, faculty, and staff who would like one-on-one instruction or assistance with library resources.
