Ask a Reference Question
PLEASE NOTE
This form may be used by UHCL students, faculty, staff and by Friends of the Neumann Library cardholders to submit reference questions that are of a brief, factual nature. Questions from individuals not affiliated with UHCL can be answered only if they concern some unique resource of the Neumann Library. We will attempt to respond to questions within 24 hours of receipt, Monday through Friday.
If you need a faster answer, please call a librarian at 281-283-3910. We are here to answer your questions Monday - Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. and during these hours Friday - Sunday.
State law requires that you be informed of the following:
(1) with few exceptions, you are entitled on request to be informed about the information the University collects about you by use of this form; (2) under sections 552.021 and 552.023 of the Government Code, you are entitled to receive and review the information; and (3) under section559.004 of the Government Code, you are entitled to have the University correct information about you that is incorrect. |
