University of Houston-Clear Lake Pearland Campus provides the residents of Pearland and beyond an opportunity to expand their educational horizons through classes taught by expert faculty. UH-Clear Lake administrators and city leaders broke ground for UHCL Pearland Campus in May 2009, with classes beginning for students on August 23, 2010.
A nationally accredited, upper-level university, UHCL partnered with the City of Pearland to bring career-building higher education to the Pearland community. Through UHCL Pearland Campus, area residents have access to exceptional academics and professionally active faculty. Students can complete junior, senior and graduate courses in high-demand disciplines such as business, education and psychology. As the satellite campus grows, so will its program offerings.
