1. State and Federal Reporting – OIR submits state/federal mandated CBM reports, IPEDS, LBB, Close the Gaps, Accountability & LAR, etc. This is a top priority for the Office.
2. Planning – OIR works closely with the President and Provost to identify indicators in order to track the progress of university strategic goals.
3. Institutional Research Reporting – OIR provides the campus community with a variety of institutional data and analysis for information, program assessment and decision making. Examples of publications include the Fact Book, Program Profile, Enrollment & SCH, Average Class Size, Course Completions, etc.
4. University Surveys – OIR conducts university-wide surveys (e.g., Graduating Students Survey, Academic and Support Services Assessment) and departmental surveys that have a University-wide impact and meet institutional goals (e.g., New Student Orientation Evaluation, Community Outreach Day Evaluations) in an effort to provide timely and reliable survey data to faculty, staff and decision makers.
