 Dr. Keith Parsons |

April General Meeting
Dr. Keith Parsons spoke to us about intellectual wellness. Intellectual wellness doesn't mean you have to learn quantum physics (thank goodness). Any topic that interests you enough to make you want to learn more about it enhances your intellectual wellness. Learning is fun, enriching, and gives you a sense of personal fulfillment. Take advantage of the fact that you work at a university, and sit in on some courses, such as an art history class, a survey of literature lecture, or a science class. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain. Remember: With learning, there is no such thing as too much!
