Business Hours

The UHCL Police Department's business office hours are Monday - Thursday, 8:00AM - 6:00PM; Friday, 8:00AM - 12 Noon, excluding holidays.

While the UHCL Police Department has police officers and dispatchers on duty 24/7/365,  the department dedicates resources to efficiently serve customers at the police window at Bayou 1636 during its business office hours.  The following business related functions are handled only during our business office hours:

• Key Requests
• PAN Code Requests
• Purchase of Parking Permits
• Accepting Parking Citation Fines
• Parking Citation Appeals Submission
• Public Information / Records Requests

Outside of the police business office hours, only the following services will be offered:

• Police Response to Suspicious Activity, Unusual Events, Vehicle Accidents or Crimes
• Crime Reports
• Key Check In and Check Out
• Parking Exemptions / Temporary Parking Permits
• Safety Transportation (Escort) Services
• Vehicle Assistance Services (Jumpstart, Door Unlock, etc.)
