Refunds

    
1. STUDENTS
       Refunds of parking permit fees are available only to those students who officially withdrawal from classes at the University.        
          
   1. Refunds of annual parking permit fees will not be granted after the Census Date (12th class day) of the fall semester.       
   2. Refunds of semester parking permit fees will not be granted after the Census Date (12th class day) of the semester for which the permit was issued.       
   3. Parking fee refunds will be processed by the University Cashier’s Office only at the time of withdrawal.  In order to obtain a refund of parking fees, the parking permit must be returned to the Police Department or Cashier’s Office before the parking fee refund can be processed.       
   4. Students should contact the University Police Department for assistance in resolving any exceptional circumstances       
   
          
2. FACULTY/STAFF
   Refunds of parking permit fees are available on a prorated schedule to those who officially leave the employment of the University.
