 Citation Appeals Form

NOTICE: The Parking Citation Appeals Committee only accepts appeals alleging officer error. Appeals are not accepted for the following reasons:
- Request for leniency
- Ignorance of the rules
- Permit fell off
- Permit was purchased, but not displayed
- Switched cars and permit was not moved over
- Cannot pay fine
- Have done the same thing before without getting a citation
- Others in the area were doing the same thing
Officers take pictures of the parking violation in question and make the photo available to the Appeals Committee.
Instructions: Click and complete form fully, then click "Email" button on the bottom of the form and it will be automatically be forwarded to the Police Department Records Custodian for processing. You will receive a confirmation of receipt within 72 hours.
