UH-Clear Lake plans nine art exhibits in 2009
Area art enthusiasts will have the opportunity to experience a wide array of works in the nine exhibits planned for University of Houston-Clear Lake in 2009. From the works of local art professors to international artists, the university’s exhibits offer work in a variety of media.
“My exhibitions are regional, national and international exhibitions to provide the academic university and the community views of the creative work from artists around the world,” explained Sandria Hu, UH-Clear Lake professor of art and exhibition director for the university. “My schedule of exhibitions for 2009 will include artists from Houston, Dallas, Austin and Prague, Czech Republic.”
