University of Houston-Clear Lake celebrated Constitution Day with a reception and guest speaker, Harris County Tax Assessor-Collector and Voter Registrar Leo Vasquez (pictured third from the left). Vasquez discussed voter registration and the growing issue of voter fraud. The event was sponsored by UH-Clear Lake’s Office of the Dean of Students and the Legal Studies Association.
