Computing & Mathematics   Brochures

The Computing and Mathematics Division administers the Bachelor’s and Master’s programs in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, and Mathematical Sciences. Below are links to additional information about specific programs within each degree plan.

Bachelor's Degree Programs

  Computer Information Systems

The Bachelor of Science in CIS prepares students for technical, administration, and management positions to analyze, design, set up, and maintain computer information systems.

  Computer Science

The Bachelor of Science in Computer Science gives its students a strong foundation in computer science and practical industrial technologies.

  Mathematical Science

The Mathematical Science course of instruction leads to the bachelor of arts (BA) or bachelor of science (BS). The undergraduate degree prepares students for careers in industry or education. The program also promotes graduate study in mathematics, statistics, operations research, or other math-based disciplines.

Master's Degree Programs

  Computer Information Systems

The Master of Science in CIS prepares its students for key technical, operational, and management positions to analyze, design, set up, and maintain computer information systems.

  Computer Science
The Master of Science in Computer Science enhances the study of Computer Science. The graduate program’s balanced curriculum deepens the student’s understanding of computer science and practical industrial technologies.

  Statistics

The plan in Statistics leads to a master of science (MS). This plan emphasizes a curriculum that instructs students in the theory and application of statistics. The plan is suitable for students with an undergraduate background in mathematics, engineering, or the sciences.

  Mathematical Science

The Department of Mathematical Sciences offers an excellent instructional environment for mathematics and statistics and their applications. Its graduate program leads to a Master of Science in Mathematics or a Master of Science in Statistics.
