Sign up for E-Services, an online service prospective, current, and former students use for a variety of functions. E-Services allows you to submit an application, check an application status, enroll in classes, view your grades, and request transcripts. You will need a user ID and password. Access E-services here. To use E-services click on the "apply online" link from the E-services home page. To view your grades, enroll in class, or request a UHCL transcript, you need to log in to E-services using your seven-digit UHCL user ID and password (included in the letter your received from the university after you have been accepted for admission) |

Familiarize yourself with WebCT, the program the University of Houston Clear Lake Software Engineering uses as the delivery platform for online courses. When you enroll in an online course in Software Engineering, you will be automatically enrolled into any WebCT course you signed up for. You will be assigned an NT user ID and password to get into your WebCT courses. This will be the same user ID and password you will use to check your UHCL email. To find your user ID and password (and to see instructions on how and where to login to your WebCT course), click here. Microsoft Exchange features e-mail, calendars, and contact management services for the entire University. Visit the UHCL e-mail site for details. All students need a user ID and password to check their UHCL e-mail. If you are a current UHCL student and need to set up a user ID and password, click here.
