| Applicants for the Master of Science in Biotechnology program must satisfy admission requirements for the University and the School of Science and Computer Engineering (e.g., transcripts and GRE scores). |

Earned a bachelor's degree in the sciences (a major in related disciplines will be considered, however) |

Completed the appropriate foundation coursework |

Submitted two letters of recommendation to the chairperson of the admissions committee for the Master of Science in Biotechnology |

| Upon acceptance to the Master of Science in Biotechnology, students must identify the concentration they want to pursue. Applicants who lack certain required courses in their undergraduate preparation, but who meet the minimum university standards for admission, may be admitted; they will be required, however, to complete specific undergraduate foundation courses as conditions for full admission to the program. |
