21st Annual Student Conference
for Research & Creative Arts

Monday, April 13 - Thursday, April 16, 2015

The public is most welcome to attend any or all sessions at no cost.

The Conference is an affordable Student Showcase where students from any college/university present original, academic work.

Presenters and Presentations

Oral and poster presentations with faculty sponsors are welcome in all disciplines, including the Arts. Individual and small group projects represent interdisciplinary work. Day and evening sessions are available.

First-time student Presenters, at both undergraduate and graduate levels, are strongly encouraged. Evaluations are provided for presenters.

Application Deadline and Registration Fee

Opens: December TBD

Deadlines and Fees:

  • Registration
    • Application Deadline: Fri, Feb 27, 2015 at noon, Central Standard Time
    • Fee: $10 per author and $10 for each co-author, if received before deadline
  • Late Registration
    • Late Application Deadline: Mon, Mar 9, 2015 at 11:59 pm, Central Standard Time
    • Late Fee: $15 per author and $15 for each co-author

The registration fee must be paid in full and online with a credit card when the application is submitted.

An individual presentation has one author. A group presentation has a first author/applicant who identifies all the co-authors with their emails and submits the application.

Evaluators

Sign-up as an Evaluator to create a lasting learning experience for student presenters by giving helpful feedback and identifying outstanding presentations.
Open to Faculty and Professionals in the general community.

The Faculty Interest Form lets us know your interests and needs while showing you more about the Conference.
