We extend a hearty Thank You to all the presenters, faculty sponsors, evaluators, volunteers, attendees and supporters for their participation and assistance in the 2010 Student Conference!

It was big and bustling with over 440 authors' works represented by 200 presenters. While UHCL was largely represented, we appreciate the participation of the other colleges and universities and encourage them to attend again next year. We expect to provide conference details soon.

Please take a moment to fill out the Conference Evaluation. We appreciate responses we've already received and welcome your feedback.

The Conference is an affordable Student Showcase where students from any college/university present original, finished or in-progress work (any discipline) in a variety of formats. The public is most welcome to attend any or all sessions at no cost.

Register in Bayou Atrium I for attendees, presenters, sponsors, and evaluators.

Parking without permits for visitors is available in Lot D Wed 11:00 am - Thu 10:00 pm. Do not park at meters or assigned parking spaces.

Presenters

Poster Set Up in Bayou Atrium II starting Tue, Apr 20 and should be up by noon Wed Apr 21. Use small nails to hang your poster. No taping allowed. Please do not use a hammer during class hours (9:00 - 11:00 am and 1:00 -10:00 pm).
Posters are not to be removed before Fri, Apr 23 but may be left until Fri, May 7. If not removed, they become the property of UHCL.

Packet pickup at the registration table when you arrive. Your packet contains the program,your name badge and free meal tickets

Online Publicaton of Conference Proceedings available on website TBD

Evaluations will be e-mailed within 1 week from studentconf@uhcl.edu.

Attendees

The public is most welcome to attend any or all sessions at no cost. Please sign in at the registration table in the Bayou Building and fill out a name badge.

Evaluators and Sponsors

Register in Bayou Atrium I and pick up your packet which includes free meal tickets.

Volunteers and Interns

Get more hours assisting local and international presenters, faculty and staff. Put your organization and communication skills to good use!
