Parking, Entry and Loading Dock

Parking: Weekends

12:00 noon, Friday - Sunday: Park FREE, Student Parking Lot D (orange lots D1-D4 of Bayou Drive east ).

Parking: Weekdays

Park in Visitor Lot R (purple lot off University Drive).
A token will be provided and is needed each time you exit.

Vehicles will be ticketed that are parked in employee lots, or in reserved spaces.

Performers Entry

The performers entry is located at the Bayou Building loading dock. When facing the loading dock from the outside, the entrance for performers and crew is through the left door.

After unloading, vehicles must be removed promptly from the loading dock area, as they may ticketed by UHCL Police.

Loading Dock Clearance

  • 14'-0" wide
  • 8'-6" high
  • 13'-8" clearance for trucks

The stage proper is at a slight left from the dock opening.


  1. Heading east on Bay Area Blvd. from I-45, turn right on to University Dr., Entrance 1.
  2. Follow University Dr. until the four-way stop, make a right onto Bayou Road East.
  3. Follow Bayou Road around the small bend and take the third left.
  4. Go straight until you see two buildings, Bayou on left and Student Services on the right.
  5. Make a left toward the Bayou building and the loading dock is on the right. Map it with Googleâ„¢
