Fitness Zone Services

Equipment

A variety of cardiovascular and resistance training equipment will be available to all members during Fitness Zone operating hours.

Body Fat Testing

Fitness Zone provides Quick, painless, affordable body fat testing. Know your numbers. Fees for the test is $15  per test.

Lockers

Lockers and showers are available for Fitness Zone members.

Lockers are available for use during your workout but locks are not provided; you must bring your own. Locks left on day use lockers will be cut off at the end of each working day.

A limited number of  lockers are available for rental  on first come first served basis for $10/semester or $30/year and no refunds are given.  Lockers rented by semester must be renewed by the first week of each semester or locks will be cut off and contents will be confiscated.  All lockers must be emptied by December 20th of each year for cleaning. Interested members should sign up in Student Life

UHCL or the Fitness Zone is not responsible for locker contents.

Education

Educational and informational opportunities will available for our members several times throughout the year.

Testing

Fitness testing including BMI, Body fat, Aerobic Capacity, and Muscular Strength and Endurance will be available at various times throughout the year for an additional fee.
