At the heart of UHCL's Center for Student Leadership, Involvement and Community Engagement's mission is a commitment to developing leadership through service to the community.
Since 2002, SLICE has sponsored Community Outreach Days each semester. Over 1000 students, staff, faculty, alumni and friends have given of their time and energy to serve others via numerous service projects benefiting the Houston community.
