I work at a Head Start program. How are the upper level UHCL courses in the BAS aligned to the Head Start Sec. 648A Staff Qualifications and Development (42 U.S.C. 9843a)? What are the lower level equivalents of these courses?

  1. Professional Requirements- The Secretary shall ensure that each Head Start classroom in a center-based program is assigned one teacher who has demonstrated competency to perform functions that include:
