Purpose
To provide a forum for all members who are working on Amazon research projects, who have participated on Amazon trips, are interested in participating in future Amazon trips, and/or for those who have an interest in tropical rainforests, Amazon conservation and ecology. Encourage students to participate in the UHCL study abroad program. Provide a forum for Amazon and tropical rainforest study and research as well as educate the community.
