Membership

Eligibility

UHCL students as members:

• Membership in the Biology Club is open to all interested UHCL students, faculty, and staff.

Non-UHCL students as members:

• Membership may be expanded to include those students at other local universities and community colleges, also in pursiut of a degree in the Biological Sciences.  These non-UHCL students must pay membership dues and are exempt from holding office in the Executive Board. 
• UHCL Alumni of the School of Science and Computer Engineering may resume membership in the Biology Club.  The provisions fro non-UHCL students shall lapply here.

Requirements

• An active member shall be defined as those whom are in good standing with dues paid and attend a minimum of one meeting per semester.

Dues

• Association dues shall be $15.00 per semester, payable at meetings or dropped into the CLub's mailbox (located in the Student Life Office in the Student Services Building, Box 12) in the form of a check or in an envelope with the members name printed on the front. 

Deadlines for Dues

Fall- The second Friday in October.

Spring- The second Friday in February.
