A student is considered withdrawn when he or she is no longer enrolled in the current

Dropped course refunds only apply when a student drops from one or more courses, yet
remains enrolled in at least a course for the current term. Click here Click here
How Refunds will be processed
Refunds first will be applied toward any outstanding university financial obligations.
Any remaining refund will be processed through BankMobile or by credit card. UH-Clear
Lake has partnered with BankMobile to provide disbursement services for financial
aid and tuition refunds. All refunds will be processed and reimbursement will be done
through the UHCL OneCard unless method of payment was by credit card. If payment was
by credit card, then reimbursement will be refunded back to the credit card.
