Your first stop for all technology needs! Located in the Bayou Building, suite 2300, the Support Center serves as the initial
point of contact for all technology-related issues for faculty, staff, students, and
alumni. We provide support via email, phone, walk-in, and self-service documentation.
In times of crisis, when you just have a quick question, or anything in-between, we
are here to ensure your request is properly escalated and resolved.

Need new technology implementation assistance? Technology Advancement aims to ensure new technology implementations are consistent
throughout campus. We serve as a consultative resource aimed to help you find the
right solution for your specific business need. Working with Technology Advancement,

Need phone, fax, hardware, software, or networking assistance? Tech Services is your support system for all hardware and software related setup,
troubleshooting, and upgrade needs. We ensure smooth campus computing and telecommunication
implementations as well as coordinate the university's 3 year desktop replacement
program. Additional services include scantron assistance as well as online self-service reference guides for your convenience.

for all UHCL faculty, staff, students, and alumni. Support staff maintain all lab
